Not only is this the biggest March storm we've ever had it might end up being the largest snow storm for any month since we move here full time in 2002.As I write this Sunday around 6pm we had 22 inches two hours ago and it is still snowing.
The first picture is from around 8am Sunday and the second one is from mid afternoon.
Hopefully regular blogging will resume tomorrow.

We didn't have crap for snow this winter. And now it's gonna be 80 degrees today. I missed the snow.
I woke up to the same scene here in Northern Utah. I thought it was supposed to be spring!?
I miss 80 Degrees :(
SD, the snow may come your way in a couple of days....
maybe this will mean a shorter fire season in Utah and AZ.
Arizona needs the runoff from the snow to replenish reservoirs.
Roger,
We are probably a bit lower than you at 5800 ft in extreme SW Prescott. Probably 10 miles or so from Walker.
We had 20 inches of snow which makes this the largest 2 day snowstorm since I moved here over a decade ago.
This would even qualify as a decent storm back East in Rochester NY.
I never thought I'd enjoy snow after nearly 30 years of suffering through 100+ inches a year but I find that I really like it now. One of the joys of being retired and NOT having to clear the driveway at 5AM...
I love the snow but almost 3' is a lot of shoveling that must get done at some point. We have a very long driveway that I've got about 1/3 done. We've got our truck parked up top by the road in case I need to get out.
