I am now on Twitter at twitter.com/randomroger. I was probably lucky to be able to get that address. The picture in this post is one I cropped (sorry Larry) for my Twitter profile.I don't know exactly how I will use this so we'll just see how it evolves. I know there are widgets that can be embedded in various places but have not gotten to that yet.
Baby steps.
Please check me out if you have the time.

I'm following. 'Good form' in my opinion is low noise. I've detwitted too many folk who are giving me blow by blow details of their life. Going to the bathroom, getting a bite to eat, going to sleep, driving to work, at work, bored at work, blah blah blah is all grounds for detwitting, IMO.
But I dunno. I'm still feeling my way around twitter as well. Good luck.
I just got in from raking pine needles...like that? lol.
yeah I don't want to go too far down that road. thanks Bill
Roger,
First off ...great blog... thanks for all the great work you do.
Would like to hear your thoughts on India. You dont speak much about India as much as China. How do you see their ascendancy into the world stage.

I had across the board to India a few years ago but the path for India is a little tougher for me to see.
for now I'm not too interested.
I've heard mainly good things about India, from blogs, articles and the like. I have it as part of a BRIC holding, although a BIC holding might do better!
In your experience do bear market rallies result in lower lows to previous lows. Also do you ever buy two leading stocks in an area to capture it eg.. ko and pep. Thanks
people tend to believe that a successful retest is what is needed not that bear market rallies result in lower lows. I don't get too hung up on the preciseness of this. If it goes back down again, I don't think it matters if it goes to 710 or 610, i am more concerned with whether the next one, if there is a next one, will be the last one or not.
Roger,
Twitter seems designed for quick short info where timing is important or garbage posts as already described.
You are not a market timer, are slow and gradual in you market moves. You take a long term reasoned approach to the market. To me you seem like the anti-twitter, but you never know until you try something I guess.
I will just follow your blog postings. Good luck
I'm a day late here, but if I may, I'd suggest you use this twitter account to blow up Twitter headquarters so that the real estate could be put to better use.
