I'd like to know what Hussman is referring to when he says "high levels of advisory bullishness". Market Vane Bullish Percent is the only survey I see that's even close to excessive bullish sentiment. Investors Intelligence Bull Ratio, Consensus Inc Bull percent, AAII, and Lowrisk.com are all comfortably in neutral territory.
Jeff Saut's commentary this morning is a must read also.
