Its sort of contradicting if you think about it Roger. Paulson has been voicing for a stronger dollar but as the market expects the next move by The Fed to be a cut in Spring 07, hence reducing the value of dollar.
IMO, there needs to be some sort of incentive to save. What do you reckon?
strong dollar and China be flexible would seem to have a perfectly negative correlation.
The Daily Pfennig makes this point at least once a week.
I think that behind closed doors, the dollar falls.
