Slip Slidin' Away

As has been the case more often than not this summer, a nice start fizzles out. Hard core technicians, choosing to view the market bearishly, could probably spell it out numerically but there is some sort of problem with demand for stocks. The bulls could be correct that the problem is not serious and soon we will lift but I admit I have troubling seeing it.

Why would the Stallion, a journalist, be frustrated as he says he was? Maybe his comments lend credence to the idea that they are cheerleaders.
