Brokerage Earnings

Morgan Stanley's earnings got a lot of attention this morning on the tube. The report was good I suppose but it is worth remembering that brokerage earnings estimates are almost always way off. The recent Goldman Sachs report would be the exception that proves the rule.

I don't think the report today from the House of Morgan would be a reason to change whatever outlook you might have nor shape your desire to own any part of the group.
