Impressive Snapback

I am back from two hours, seriously, at the DMV renewing my driver's license.

The market fared very well while I was away. Hopefully you did not sell into the early morning action. I took advantage of the open to buy a growthy domestic name that most clients already own. I needed a little more in this area. The stock closed down on the day but I'm up $0.45 on the position.

I think this was an instance of history repeating itself. As I wrote this morning, if the terror dominoes into a series of events, that could be new, make my purchase a bad one and perhaps cause a real dislocation in capital markets.

I have family in town so I may write a little less tomorrow.
