Ten Year
Before the Fisher blip last week a lot of bond people thought the 3.96% would be a stopping point on the way down for the ten year. Yahoo Finance has the ten year (^TNX)closing at 3.96%. Maybe that original chatter will be right, blips notwithstanding.
