Taking that thought further, is "housing" even a sector? Isn't it an industry within, say, the Capital Goods sector?
Depending on your data source, there are only a handful of sectors, and housing isn't one of them. "Housing" (or Construction Services) is an industry.
sub-sector maybe?:-)
